The Wardrobe believes clothing shouldn't be a barrier to success. We work to eliminate clothing insecurity which can mean not having anything to wear or not having the right thing to wear. Whether someone needs an outfit for work or everyday life, they receive free support and STAR Treatment - Styling, Time, Advice, and Respect. In addition to clothing they have access to our Wings for Success education program which offers workshops to help them achieve their professional or personal goals.
Whether you have known us by other names - The Working Wardrobe, Career Wardrobe, or Wings for Success - one thing remains true, The Wardrobe is committed to meeting people where they are with the clothing and personal support they need to move forward in their lives. The Wardrobe assists 10,000 people annually throughout the five-county Philadelphia region where they can receive personal assistance either in person or virtually by receiving a Wardrobe Box.
