Rycor Heating & Cooling

Cassie Dalmas is the Northeastern Regional Manager of Community Marketing and Affiliate Programs for Rycor, a heating and cooling company that specializes in mini-split systems. She is a graduate of James Madison University with a B.S. in Psychology. Cassie has a strong background in community-focused marketing and thrives at the intersection of strategy and relationship-building—whether that’s over a business lunch, at an educational event, or during a purposeful happy hour.

Believing that marketing should always put people first, Cassie joined Rycor Heating and Cooling in the fall of 2025 to help launch Rycor’s new Community Marketing and Affiliate program, which reflects that same vision. Outside of work, you’ll often find her outdoors with her kids, on the soccer field, or diving into multiple books at once.
