Women's Workshop

Our leadership evolves through experience. Through the challenges we've navigated, the decisions we've made, the times we've spoken up, and perhaps the times we wish we had.
But how often do we give ourselves the opportunity to consider where we're headed next?

At our October Women's Workshop, Women in Leadership: You in the Future, we'll explore what authentic leadership means to each of us and how we can be more intentional about the leaders we're becoming.

Together, we'll reflect on the values and strengths that guide us, the role of courage and resilience, and the importance of bringing our unique perspectives and voices into our leadership.

This interactive workshop will combine personal reflection, group conversation, and an inspiring TED Talk to help participants identify meaningful next steps in their leadership journeys.
